A Learning Journey is a set of activities offered to participants along a training course. Up to 76% of the impact of a facilitator-led learning experience is provided by the learning activities that occur before and after the workshop. Usually these activities don’t get a lot of attention in most organizations. The Learning Journey app will help you extend the impact of your courses by scheduling specific micro-learning activities for participants before and after any of your courses. The activities can include watching videos, reading articles and relevant content, taking e-Learnings, taking quizzes and more. These activities can be done mobile, anytime and anywhere.
With the help of the Learning Journey app you will be able to design virtual standalone programs or extend the impact of your instructor led workshops beyond the classroom.
Using our web-based Content Management System, you can design your learning journeys deciding on the type and number of activities, content, list of participants and due dates. The learning activities are streamed to each of your participants through the app. At the right time, the app sends notifications to the participants to remind them of doing specific activities.
Participants can visualize their lists of complete and pending activities, access files and links, answer quizzes and communicate with their trainer, all in a convenient way through the Learning Journey app.
The app is available for iPad and iPhone.
